Personal guess, Model X Plaid has cut off more than half of the traditional elements such as steering wheel, shift paddle and control paddle. It should be to make way for FSD automatic driving assistance, anyway, automatic driving is used later. If you are a bit of a conspiracy theory, you can also think that Tesla is just trying to save costs.
Regarding the question of whether to choose the Yoke steering wheel, my suggestion is: If FSD is not activated in your area, then don’t choose it. If you deny it, you will find that the Yoke steering wheel is not as easy to use as the traditional round wheel.
For other aspects of the interior, I still apply the previous sentence: familiar formula, familiar taste. At least in terms of basic configuration, ride experience, storage space, etc., I haven't found any more talk for the time being. Although some people on the Internet said that the ride experience is good, but after a half-day test drive, I think the performance of Model X Plaid in this respect is nothing but merit. Taking the seats as an example, the first two rows are indeed equipped with integrated independent seats, and the padding, support, and length are also in place. However, the second row of seats only supports overall adjustment, that is to say, they cannot lie flat, and there are no armrests, so the actual sitting experience is not very good.
